Their Hospice at Home service provides specialist nursing and care staff to support people and their families in the final days and weeks of their lives, enabling people to fulfil their wish to stay at home as long as possible.
They also provide a range of services at Lansdowne House in Harlington, including day care and support for patients with long-term conditions, counselling, children’s bereavement support, dementia support, wellbeing services, services for carers and lymphoedema clinics.
