Rennie Grove Hospice Care is a charity providing specialist care and support for adults and children with life-limiting illnesses in Buckinghamshire and west Hertfordshire.
Their care for patients is centred around helping them to live the best quality life they can. Whether they come to Rennie Grove soon after diagnosis or later in the illness, specialist staff in day services and the Hospice at Home service work with patients and their families to tailor their care and provide support to enhance their well-being.
Every day and night of the year, the Hospice at Home service for adults and children is available to visit people at home providing essential nursing care and the reassurance needed to keep them out of hospital, surrounded by the people and things that matter to them most.
Rennie Grove also supports the families and carers of patients whenever they need help and a range of Family Support services is available to them throughout the illness and beyond. By focusing on quality of life both for patients and their families Rennie Grove helps them make every moment together matter.
Rennie Grove’s services are provided at no cost to patients or families but the charity is reliant on the generosity of the local community to fund over 85% of its annual running costs. By playing The Hospice Lottery you contribute vital funds to help them reach all the families who need them.
